Capitol - The Capitol of Panem is a fortress city where the wealthy and powerful people of the nation reside. Not only are the Games controlled from this point, but so are the twelve (previously thirteen) districts.
District 1 - Its primary industry is manufacturing luxury items for the Capitol. Some of them include diamonds and other precious gems. Wealthiest district. Career tributes come from here.
District 2 - It is the place where most of the Peacekeepers are trained, and where the weapons are manufactured and mining graphite as the Capitol no longer gets graphite from District 13. The district has many small villages throughout the district. Career tributes come from here.
District 3 - Its main industry is electronics; they specialize in televisions and explosives. Not a poor district, but they struggle with poverty.
District 4 - Its industry is fishing. Second wealthiest district. Career tributes come from here.
District 5 - Its industry is power and electricity, responsible for generating the power of the entire nation. Third wealthiest district.
District 6 - Its principal industry is the making of transportation.
District 7 - Its primary industry is to provide lumber for the Capitol.
District 8 - Its principal industry is the production of textiles and clothing. They have at least one factory that is primarily used for making Peacekeeper uniforms. It is a poor district and the coldest district.
District 9 - Its industry is grain. One of the poor districts.
District 10 - Its main industry is livestock, such as cattle to provide beef for the Capitol.
District 11 - Its main industry is agriculture; orchards and cotton surround the district. Almost everything they grow goes to the Capitol.
District 12 - Its main industry is coal mining. One of the poorest, most ridiculed districts in the nation of Panem.
District 13 - Destroyed by the Capitol after the Rebellion. It is said to be uninhabitable, the ruins still smoldering from the toxic bombs dropped on it. Its industries was mining graphite and nuclear science/technology.
