Personality:Jack's a very intelligent, but very
unstable and erratic young man. Often more serious than he means, he always had a certain giddiness with computers and explosives. Mostly explosives.
He's known for his reading, but also for his drinking, which leads him to banishment from most establishments due to his physical and violent confrontations with the other patrons.
He likes to fight when he can.
He smokes often, much to the chagrin of his family, who say he'll die young. He replies that he wouldn't have it any other way.
His preferred death would be by explosives.
Character background:Jack Jakosik is the son of Franklin and Martha Jakosik, born in District 3, the home of computers and explosives. Frank was an Industrial technologist, and his mother a Software technologist, which gave him an extensive education on how things were built, and how they worked. But of course, that didn't stop him from learning that most people were stupid. Many kids his age mocked him for his intelligence, even for his district. They bullied him constantly, from teasing to physical confrontations, even stealing his food. But he quickly learned that in order to survive, he needed to put down the threats against him.
At seventeen he was reaped to play in the Hunger Games for his district, something that he wasn't excited for, but anticipated. He had been in enough scraps to know how to hold his own, and he liked the opportunity to learn something new.
He made quite the impression on the Gamemakers through his clever use of the limited explosives he had.
Now he's the Mentor for District 3, and he'll do anything in his power to make sure his district wins.
