Hair colour&style: Remember, if your character is from the Capitol, chances are they will have some really colourful hair and weird style. Avoxs have red hair/eyebrows
Height: Keep the height relevant to their age!
Body build: If you're from a poorer district, they're not going to be overweight. Keep it relevant to your district.
Other(such as tattoos): Under-age characters(17 and younger) cannot have tattoos. Keep in mind people from the Capitol like weird tattoos.
Character strengths: ONLY for characters you wish to apply for reaping OR for characters who have been selected to be a tribute. Keep it relevant to their district.
Character weaknesses: ONLY for characters you wish to apply for reaping OR for characters who have been selected to be a tribute. Keep it relevant to their district. If they're in District 2, which is in the middle of the country, they're not going to be good with a fishing net.
Personality: No less than 50 words.
Character background: No less than 150 words. Include their history and family.
Partner/Spouse: If they're under-age, they will not have a spouse.
Children: No under-age characters are allowed to have children.
